Exhibition at Levy Gallery by The Merrimac River Painters
PORTSMOUTH – The Merrimac River Painters will have an exhibit during the month of September featuring the artwork of twelve women who have been creating art together for 16 years.
They meet every month to share goals, artistic adventures and just news about the current art scene. After all these years, they have come to know each other well and for this exhibition in the East Gallery of the Robert Lincoln Gallery, they are celebrating the maturity of their creative voices.
Each artist contributes her own unique style, themes and meaning to the quality of the show. Exhibiting artists are Betsy Janeway, Jan Wittmer, Claudette Gammon, Ann Saunderson, Mary Ruedig, Kathy Tangney, Annie Lynch, Marilyn Eimon, Susan Levenson, Terry Heinzmann, Bonny Halsey and Dustan Knight.
