Led by John LeCours
The group provides a welcoming atmosphere in which to share ideas, discuss creative thought processes and learn from others.
Meetings are on the 3rd Sunday of every month, 2PM (with the exception of Easter Sunday, April 21st, group will meet on the 28th, the 4th Sunday) at the Art of the Hill, Joe Flaherty Studio, 78 Government Street, Kittery ME 03904
Led by Dick Lord
This is an informal gathering of artists who all share a love of photography. Photographers of all skill levels are welcome. Discussion topics are driven by group participants and range from artistic vision to techniques, to image processing, to what’s new in photography equipment. Participants are invited to show samples of their work and get helpful feedback.
Meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of every month, 7PM at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery, 136 State Street, Portsmouth. This group does not meet in July or August.
Led by Denise Brown
This group offers a great opportunity for painters to learn from other artists and to become immersed in their environment enabling them to paint the life around them. This group also organizes a yearly Wet Paint Out weekend event in the summer.
Meetings are weekly throughout the summer at various locations. Photographers are also welcome to join the weekly meetings. If you would like to suggest a location, please reach out to NHAA staff.
