Morgan Clinard is a 23-year-old multidisciplinary artist based in New Hampshire and Maine. A graduate of the Maine College of Art and Design with a degree in Graphic Design, she works across ink, acrylic, charcoal, colored pencil, markers, and digital media. Her practice explores the space between structure and spontaneity, with each medium offering a new way to ask what it means to make art. Clinard believes “there are no mistakes in art”—only surprises. Her process begins in her sketchbook, where she studies interiors, sketches friends, reflects on iconic works, and listens to the world around her. From these pages, a few ideas evolve into larger, refined pieces. As she moves forward from art school, Clinard remains committed to lifelong learning. Her passion for both fine art and design lives in collaboration—through working with others, she continues to grow and see the world anew.
