Originally from Illinois, Mariamne Shin has called the greater Boston area home for over two decades. After earning a BFA in Painting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997, she studied in Norwich, England, at Norwich University of the Arts in the mid-90s. She graduated with an MFA in Sculpture from Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of The Arts in 1999. Her work has been showcased in group and juried exhibitions in the US.
