Ann (Mason) Trainor Domingue was born in Fall River, Massachusetts, grew up in Barrington, Rhode Island, and spent many summer vacations on Cape Cod, before settling in Weare, New Hampshire. Ann is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a BA Studio degree in painting. She has pursued a career as an artist working in advertising agencies as an art director/illustrator; as a teacher at the Currier Museum’s Art Center and NH Institute of Art in Manchester, NH. Ann’s work is represented by Portland Art Gallery, Portland ME, Kennedy Gallery and Framing, Portsmouth NH, Powers Gallery, Acton MA, Sullivan Framing, Bedford NH. Ann is a Copley Fellow at the Copley Society of Art in Boston exhibiting work at the Copley Gallery. in 2014 Ann was awarded an Artist Residency and completed a month-long residency at the historic Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown MA and completed several return residencies. Ann is an award-winning member and signature member of the New England Watercolor Society, and member and past board member of NH Art Association.
