Join us in welcoming host Jezmina Von Thiele for October’s spooky edition of Poetry After Hours. An ekphrastic activity and open mic will follow readings by Tabitha Soper and Shane Morin. Free and open to the public, all are welcome*

About October’s Readers:

Tabitha Soper is a writer from north shore Massachusetts and MFA graduate with the University of New Hampshire. Her short horror fiction can be found published with Creepy Podcast, Lone Peak Literary, and Brief Ecology.

Shane Morin is a poet, essayist, and scholar of Horror Studies from Dover, NH. He graduated with a Masters in Literature from UNH in 2025 and serves as Dover’s 2nd Literary Laureate. When he’s not writing or studying, you can often find Shane binging Farscape, Star Trek, or Clive Barker films. Shane has been published in Star*LineSpace &ampTimeTouchstone, as well as a number of anthologies, including Nightmerica: Corruptions of the American Dream. A resident of Dover, Shane works for the Strafford County Registry of Deeds.
