Drawing for Absolute Beginners with Dustan Knight
This workshop helps artists working toward establishing their businesses. It presents overall planning for defining goals, determining your skills and interests, creating studio space, keeping records, identifying target markets for sales, and working toward getting noticed through avenues such as teaching, participating in craft fairs, or donating your work. It helps participants plan where they want to be in 1, 5, and 10 years by identifying additional levels of art education and considering apprenticeships, fellowships and residencies as ways to build experience.
There will be 4 different workshops about the Business of Art. NHAA will post these for you to register as they are scheduled.
