January’s NHAA Member News | 2018

Kent Maxwell has a solo exhibit of his work entitled “Places Unknown” at Abilene in Portland, ME. His First Friday debut and opening is Jan. 5th from 4PM-6PM at this restaurant. Stop in to see a great body of work!

Bill Gotha has begun an ad campaign in Fine Art Today, a weekly e-newsletter published by Fine Art Connoisseur. His ad will run twice a month in the first banner position. If you’re interested in receiving Fine Art Today, go to the home page of Fine Art Connoisseur and sign up for your free subscription. Lots of good art and artist info.

Joe Flaherty is involved in some pretty exciting stuff! His artwork is in a Families First calendar (a Portsmouth based community outreach service). The Yale-New Haven Labor and Delivery Center will have his paintings in their maternity ward!

Ellen Sidor has been juried into the League of NH Craftsmen as a stone carver for 2018!

Dave Therrien  will be exhibiting at The Photographers Forum Camera Club of Nashua, NH in the Rogers Library in Hudson NH during the month of Jan. 2018.

Vandy Leigh is working on opening an Arts Center in East Kingston, NH. This center would be a great addition to the Seacoast Area as it will offer individual artist studio spaces, classes, workshops and demonstrations.

NHAA Members (Sherie Dowsett, Jane Copp, Jean Cronin Connolly, Debbie Campbell and P. Michael Benham) will be exhibiting at the Center for the Arts at the New London Inn Micro Gallery in New London, NH. This exhibition runs from Nov. 2017 -Jan. 2018.
