This hands-on workshop explains the basics of social media and how it can be best tailored to suit the unique needs of visual artists. Whether artists are looking to promote artwork and gain exposure, expand their circle of fellow creatives, protect their intellectual property, or find inspiration and collaboration, this workshop will help them develop a personal strategy. Discussing the how- to’s of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, and more, this workshop will share the do’s and don’ts of each platform. Topics will cover everything needed for artists to manage their online presence efficiently and effectively, leaving more time to create art.
