Wen's work centers on abstract expressionism using dyed natural material and surface design. New work includes manipulated digital images on fiber. Redmond is a member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen juried in stitchery and surface design. She was a finalist in the 2008 Rosen Crafts Awards. Wen has had her art published in books and art quilt magazines.
