Wen's work centers on abstract expressionism using dyed natural material and surface design. New work includes manipulated digital images on fiber. Redmond is a member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen juried in stitchery and surface design. She was a finalist in the 2008 Rosen Crafts Awards. Wen has had her art published in books and art quilt magazines. Among her publications are inclusion in innovative Digital Fiber innovations Book, Fabric Art Gallery book featuring Metamorphosis on the cover 2006, Quilting Arts magazine, April/May 2007, article Holographic Memories, SAQA's Professional Works Portfolio 13 – Turn around Tree, Words Within, Women Caucus of the Arts Exhibit NYC catalog 2006, Quilt 21 catalog 2001, Fiber Arts Magazine review, 2005 International Quilt Magazine article, 1986 and Crafts Report 1997.

If you enjoy fresh contemporary art with a nod to the traditional you must see this new exhibition of Recent Works by artists Ann Trainor Domingue of Goffstown and Robert Thoresen of Portsmouth — award-winning and longtime members of the NHAA. Colorful, textured, contemporary, expressive semi-abstract and abstract paintings and mixed media works. Inspired by landscapes near and far.

Ann Trainor Domingue's work incorporates bold colors with strong compositions exploring themes of coastal life and woodland landscapes. She is represented by Addison Art Gallery on Cape Cod and The Firehouse Gallery in Bristol, Maine. Ann's web site is: www.anntrainordomingue.com
